Your future tasks:

• Control and planning of the business unit together with the management – group-wide responsibility for all three business units of the BHS Group
• continuous analysis and evaluation of operational development by monitoring risks and KPI’s
• management of interdepartmental projects
• Responding to ad-hoc requests from business units and other internal stakeholders
• Deviation analyses as well as further development, implementation and follow-up of efficiency-enhancing measures
• monthly KPI calculation, real-time reporting, dynamic and integrated budgeting and forecasting
• Controlling and interpretation of annual reports including forecasts, corporate planning, annual financial statements and cost center requests as well as reports


• completed studies (ideally master) in the following fields: (Master) Business Administration (finance / controlling related), Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication, Business Intelligence or comparable study programs
• several years of relevant, professional experience in the mentioned areas are advantageous
• excellent knowledge of SAP and MS-Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• comprehensive business knowledge and excellent understanding of business processes and models as well as management skills
• critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and expressive communication
• excellent English skills
