This position will help us fill the gap of our knowledge & understanding of the clinical use, need and design of urology procedures and the disposables required. The Clinical Product Manager will bring in the experience & knowledge to train clinical sales & service forces and will support large key urology sales projects as well as GPOs, Clinical groups and Key Opinion Leader Meetings.

This role will help support the new disposable portfolio design.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Supporting our forces in sales, service, product management, customer service and QM as well marketing with clinical expertise in any urology application and specifically the disposable area
-Sales Project support to the DACH sales team at customer site
-GPO project support in sales and for presentations
Supporting the competitive analysis for URS and disposables
-Support marketing with competitive information and support on product know-how
-Supporting the design of new disposable product lines in exchange with all departments involved including global manufacture alignment and communication as well as travel if required and possible (Covid 19 restrictions)
-Supporting Dornier MedTech to execute the sales strategy to reach annual targets

Secondary Responsibilities:
-Providing guidance and proposals for products used for new therapies that stimulate the extension of our product portfolio
-Training of Dornier MedTech employees on disposable business including scopes
-Training of customer staff if required
-Support the medical complaint management

Requirements:
-Completed studies in Life Sciences or Medicine or completed apprenticeship in commercial sciences or surgery / intensive care with additional relevant vocational training
-Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a urology nurse or urologist MD or minimum 5 years work experience in sales and medical advisor in the urology disposable environment
-Language skills: Fluent in German and English orally and in writing
-Resilient and flexible
-Efficient time management and self-organized
-Good knowledge and experience with MS Office
Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills
-Strong communication skills
-Willingness to travel > 50%
-Driver License KFZ Klasse B
